Made to order goods cannot normally be returned. Stock items may incur a handling charge if returned. Refunds will be given for defective goods only. Prices are for payment on delivery unless other terms are agreed. All our business is in accordance with our standard terms and conditions, a copy of which is available on request. We reserve the right to amend prices or specifications at any time.
